Flinders Island has long been recognized as a fishermans paradise with a huge variety of species available whether they be fished from the wharf at Lady Barron, surf fishing off one of the many pristine beaches that abound, rock fishing at North East river or a game fishing expedition to the continental shelf with one of our local charter operators.
Flinders Island Aviation Services in conjunction with our most experienced fishing charter business – Flinders Island Adventures, are able to tailor a fishing experience that can incorporate any of the abovementioned as well as provide Island experiences such as nature walks and 4 wheel drive tours.
Flights can be arranged from Bridport (or any other airport if required) to Lady Barron and return. There are a variety of packages available which include flights, accommodation, car rental and charter boat hire. The optimum number is 6 persons which allows for baggage and fish allowances on the aircraft for the return journey.
